Technical Y block tune up

Hi,what's the best plugs to use in a stock 292 ?? thanks ron

 

I got recommended Champion F14Y plugs, which cross references on Champion's website with their RF-14YC plug.

Alternately, John Mummert recommends RF-11YC plugs if the truck is mainly freeway use.

 

Funny... you mentioned the F11Y and BF42 popped into my mind. The link below is a pretty good Ford plug cross reference.

The plug I am interested in is for a 292 Y bored to 302 with a McCulloch VS-57 Supercharger.

 

Autolite 45 or 46

 

if you can stand the radio "noise" autolite 35 -- [ non resistor ]
