    I made my mounts like OLDSPWR , he has a build going on his 26 t sedan with good pics.

  6. I was just over there the other day. He's gotten rid of allot of his Y block stuff. Got some heads from him a few months ago though.

    Do you have any other pictures of the engine in the frame? Is the front crossmember in the stock location? Will a mechanical fan clear the radiator? I'm curious because my next 32 build will have a Yblock.

    T&A You have to move the crossmember up 2" so you don't have to butcher your firewall. You just have to trim just a tad off the bottom in one spot. That's all. This way you can use all the factory fans etc. 32-5.jpg

    Agreed. Moved mine forward 3 1/2" and am very comfortable room wise. Some good shots on my thread.
