A week or so ago I was coming back from outta town, a road I take all the time. All of a sudden something catches my eye, off the side of the bridge behind a building... A black 50's car of some kind, could just make out a fin and chrome molding but I'd never seen it before... Didn't get back over there til today... sitting behind an old garage, probably a shop in the 60's was a black late 50's Chrysler Imperial... Could only see down p*** side from rear and complete rear, from about 100' didn't look too bad.... No one home, couple newer trucks lined fence... talked to someone next door, says the guy is a millwright working outta town... took may name and number and said he'll have him call when he gets back... We'll see what develops... This is about what I could see, not this car...just this angle and this look... Also spotted behind a fence covered by tarp about 2 miles from house something lookin a bit like this... needing to check on it...
The Imperial would be worth getting even if it's rusted to the point of only being good for parts. The '59 grille (that's a 59 in your example pic) is coveted by '59 Chevy guys, they have a 413 in them and usually a lot of options that can be transferred over to the other Mopars.
