May he rest in peace. This is one of those times where pictures are not required.

Driver still at large after deadly Minneapolis crash involving stolen Hyundai

From a safety standpoint, always keep your head on a swivel. Especially anyone in a convertible. Not sure if being a convertible was the reason the driver was killed, being in a convertible does leave you open to a few more hazards that a roof wouldn't.

2011-2022 Hyundai/Kia don't have a basic chipped key/immobilizer like every mass produced car has had since the mid 90's. This has made them very easy to steal.

  5. Poor bastard took the hit in the drivers door, never had a chance... The only upside is he probably died instantly.

Interesting that the state AG is going after Hyundai/Kia for the lack of chipped keys.

There is a gang of kids stealing kia's and hyundais in that area and taking them out for seriously reckless "joyrides". Not stealing to re sell, just because they can... Apparantley all it takes is a phone charger cord and a screwdriver and about 1 minute. Most importantly may Mr. Hyde rest in peace, prayers to his loved ones. Hopefully they get this nonsense under control.
