Very well known 30-31 Model A coupester now owned and restored by BCR from Ellis, KS. I think the cowl vent (not original) is what throws you off.

Thanks Paul and BCR. It is such a great, classic looking rod and I could not have asked for it to be in a better place to photograph.

  4. I think this must be my buddy Jimmy's coupe. I have been waiting to see a picture of it. Great shot Dan!

    Morning Dan,

I was over at Jeff Meyers and I got to see the prints that you took in Austin. WOW!
that metalic'ized is the koolest thing that I've ever seen. I gotta have some copies,
so if someone want to place an order how do we do that?

    Happy Trails, Mick

Thanks Mick - that is a huge compliment! People really do seem to love the metallic surface prints. For anyone interested, please email me at dan@photoart101.com and I can send you back a price list. I can take credit cards and checks.

Dan, did you mention that they would be more of the green 49 Olds coming? I understand how much is involved in processing just one of these photos, just looking forward to seeing more or the Olds if you have them.

Judging by the pic, I'd say it's a 28,as their bodies didn't have door handles!! Of course the owner could have removed these!! Head & taillights were other differences with the 28 +29.

Thanks BOERNSTAGE! I always thought this was a gorgeous car yet very illusive when it comes to getting a shot, at least my kind of shot, at a show of it. There is a front view coming. Thanks 34fordchop!

Here is a little more crazy one I call the 3 Amigos. I am working on a few different variations of this and others that were taken at an impromptu shoot right outside the show.

The cars belong to from left to right Frank (GrouchySS), Dwight (55Chevy?) and Larry (GasserLouie)

Thanks sk8ncruz! I was really happy with the way that one came out. There is a front view coming as well. Maybe we can get something really different at Starliner of it. Its a very photogenic car!

And hear is one last variant of the 28(?) Model A.
