some people will say it's a good thing,but i can't log on.i entered my user name and password but i can't post or respond.Ryan please HELP!!!

yeah,thanks for nothing wise guys.OK what's all this about my browser rejecting cookies? i tried to check my email and that's what it said.i can't get into anyplace that needs my username/password at all.what are cookies,and why is my browser rejecting them? HELP!
