That was bad ass. I wanna do a hill climb now after watching that. The big ol' 4 door Hudson with the skirts at the beginning actually held its own against all the other stuff too, impressive.

 

wow, how cool is that! cars driven hard. yee harr.

WOW! Crazy stuff. Loved the blowers taking in the dirt!

Also cool to see the wide range of vintage tin running the hill including the old truck and the 4 cylinder roadster on part II.

And vintage tin or not, ya have to love the jeep showering the crowd with rocks and dirt.

 

Wicked.

 

The Chevelle doin a dirt burnout was funny.....and the yellow speedster was sweet!

The guy in the Hudson sure new how to throw his car around...cool video.

 

...reminds me of borrowing my parent's car as a kid.

 

I notice the bug went right up the hill like it was taking a sunday drive,and i believe i spotted an old volvo in there too.

Looked like the fastest cars where the yellow speedster and the old black Opel Kapitan.
Big hairy V8s make a lot of noise but competition hillclimbing is all about lightness. Granted these guys are just having fun.

Thanks for the links! That rocks! We need to do something like that here in Austin. Maybe out in the hill country west of here. Looks like a blast. That guy in the bubble top Chevy wasn't afraid to throw that big mother around, was he?

The black one is a Volvo PV 544 , same as the white one before.
Except it has a topchop.
