You Like 60's Drag Racing?

I put together a couple of music videos using some footage I have from the 60's. I just started working with another 1 3/4 hours of similar footage from the late 60's and very early 70's that I will be putting in a DVD, I'll let you know when it is done. It will also have both of these music videos on it. These were posted awhile back, but are better quality uploads(I hope)

are you doing a compilation DVD? I remember we'd talked about local bands you were looking for music from, did you ever get ahold of Corpse Show Creeps and Hot Rod He****? I would love to see a full DVD with this stuff on there, that'd be RAD...

I can't remember who I had contacted with, but when I get the footage rough edited I will prbably post again to see if anyone would like to contribute music.

Yeah, these videos were done with some footage that I have from MN Dragways and Northstar, but can't yet use, still going to try and work out something with that footage.

The new footage I just got to work with has some of the same footage, but most of it is new stuff from the late 60's and up to about '71 or '72, lots of cool front engine dragsters, floppers, alterds, etc. that was shot at Brainerd and tracks around the midwest I believe. It also has a bunch of footage from the early GSTA car shows. I'm also trying to get ahold of a bunch of footgage that was shot here that has early big name racers that my friend Ron Braun shot, he was the driver on the GSTA twin engine dragster. The guy that gave him the new footage I'm going to work with says he also has upwards of 4000 pictures from the same era, you can bet I'm going to try and get ahold of those also.
This DVD that I will be putting together will be a fundraiser of sorts for one of the GSTA's race cars, not sure if it is a resto or new one, but will get details.
