Re: those beautiful headers, to keep them from discoloring, follow the advise a friend gave me when we fired up Faye. Use some old junk headers until you get the tune up right, valves set, carb adjusted. I had an old set from a '59 panel I bolted on and when we installed the coated block hugger headers they never discolored.

I'll be looking for you on the salt (I'll be pushing the 6060 lakester, trying to get her over 200MPH) or @ the NUGGET.
