Rich...the car turned out great.....in spite of the comments from....whiny******es, loudmouths, jealous children, crybabies, hipocrits, and the rest of the "Holier than thou"/never sinned group. It's PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Interesting story.Since you didn't steal the doors or con the owner.Dont worry about it .Good story

 

It's kind of a funny story, but I agree with the rest, I'd have a bitter taste left in my mouth about it. I know several old geezers (no offense) around here that have some tin locked away, to rot forever, and it's always the opposite case... some punk pissed them off by stealing from them, and now they won't deal with ANYONE. So nobody wins.

 

Geez a never realized that there were sooooo many people that never did anything wrong in their lives.

And as I read the story, he didn't steal the doors. Oh well so much for a good story.

 

I did lots of things wrong in my life but stealing isn't one of them and what happened before I owned it is someone elses issue to deal with. Here is how it turned out and I couldn't be happier.

 

You guys only wish you had a cool story to tell about your rides history!!!

man i have sedan with bullet hole in the roof that goes from the inside out,dos not bother me a*****n bit,i didnt shoot em,dont mind the winers you probably werent even born when they were swiped,just enjoy that kick**** ride.

 

I'm laughing about this one.Considering everyone has their chones in an wad,I can guarantee I'm going to catch***** because I enjoyed the story.

Think about it,the guy ran a junkyard,which means he probably wasn't going to do***** with the 5w but let it rot.Typical of a lot of junkyard owners.If he did,he was going to turn it in to a dirt track circle racer,which means that 5w would have gotten damn near destroyed at some point.So,the Airforce guy devises the plan because he wants to make a hotrod (Save the 5w),snags the doors,and eventually is able to buy the body.Now,pay attention to the story line,if the junkyard owner was a true car guy,he would have kept the body and found some other doors.Looks like the Airforce kid knew what was really going on.

Anyways,Fuel Pump,I enjoyed the story.You didn't steal anything,you just happened to own a 5w with an odd,yet kind of funny history.

 

If I steal the doors,will you sell it to me cheap?

 

I've owned more than one '32 in my life and everytime I tryed taking a door off of one it has been an ordeal, hense, I kinda doubt the story.

 

dude stole the doors from a junk yard. don't you guys know that it is OK to steal stuff from the junkyard? that's why they charge 2 bucks to get in.
