PAST - Definitely the Nitti roadster. Something about that car that just keeps pulling me back... Back to the 50s Bro! (TM) :D

Anymore of this car? I had thought about setting my engine back a bit so I can run the hood sides. Very cool looking.

I'm pretty sure that first one is a 30-31 roadster on duece rails...

  11. I am definately a Five-Window fan so, Axles ol' Blue 5W Hi-boy is killer. As far as past goes, Nitti's roadster is hard to beat.

Somebody listed my 5W which is very flattering and I'm kinda partial to it myself.

i can't find fault with any of the selections so far; i love them all. the one i've always called the "Radir Coupe" is cool. i don't know what, if any, name it goes by. i just call it that 'cause it is/was owned by someone connected with Radir wheels. pic attached. correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe that's a 427 chevy engine sittin' in there.

another of my fav's is a light blue full fendered roadster i used to see at Indy GoodGuys. i haven't been there for several years, though. i don't know the folks who own it, but the last time i saw it an "older" couple were having a blast cruising around IRP in it. maybe someone knows the car and post a pic. flatty powered; hood sides have rectangular cutouts; white interior; baby blue color. please post a pic if you know the car and have one.

atch, The blue roadster you saw belonged to a friend of mine,Royce Fewell from Findlay,OH. His wife passed away a few years ago and he sold the car shortly after (I think it's in Florida now). He's now driving his 3W coupe (painted the same color). Sorry I don't have pictures of either one.

Way too many great '32's to pick a favorite but I'm tossing a sentimental past vote for the well traveled Baskerville roadster. This pick is as much for the owner as the car. I had always hung on every word by Gray but meeting him in person put it over the top.
And as it hasn't been mentioned yet Bob Rothenberg's blue, Z-L1 powered full fendered roadster is among the newer productions that have caught my eye.
It's impossible to narrow the list to just one or two that's the nature of the beast. How about naming the most beautiful woman that ever lived,............................... would be just as difficult.:D

My choice has to include the ONE I have the keys to ... It has served me faithfully for many years ( I have owned it since the 70's ).

The above photo of my 32 was taken in 1973 @ the NSRA Nationals ... :)

And this photo of it was taken by Don Dillard ( fellow HAMBer ) @ the LA Roadster show 2007
