Not gonna show a pic because it's OT, but when Bill Hickman lights the hydes on the black Charger while cruising San Fran with Mr. Cool in his mirror was a definite 'Hot Damn! It's on!' moment!:D

It's hard to beat the scene in Two Lane when Warren Oates goes for a ride in the 55 and watches his GTO get worked.

Was thinking of Andy Hardy's Plymouth convertible... Mickey played Andy... Memory ain't what it used to be.

Check out the Tarantino film" death proof ", off topic cars, but this film is a must for gear heads, Zoe Bell is the genuine article! MOPAR spoken fluently!

I know it showed up "American Graffiti" also, but who actually owned it?

The one in American Graffiti wasn't the same '40 from Hollywood Knights. The American Graffiti '40 was the Barris Built Tom Hocker coupe. Rick Hoving's site and Kustomrama both have good progression pictures, and information, of the car from start until current time.

Not exactly our "style", but definitely our vintage : the star of "The Yellow Rolls Royce"(1954). What about Joanne Woodward's '53 Lincoln convertible in the opening of "Long Hot Summer"?

Always like the 60 Corvette, even though it had a 6 in it.

@RmK57 What was the name of this movie? I love the yellow model A roadster in it. I think it was in an old HOT ROD magazine from the 50's.

My apologies, I sure thought I saw a thread on here that said it was the same car.

So, I guess I need to revamp my question to:
Where is the yellow one from HK, and was it Tony's?
