    HI guys i`m new hear .from the U.K.i`m just starting to set up my chassis for my 1930 tudor ford ,iwant to get the tops of the tyres about leval with the arch line,i want to use the original rear cross spring on an 8" ford axle.the tyres im using are 27"tall.don`t know wether to have spring on top or behind, hope you can give me some pointers, cheers keith.
     
  2. Keith,I usually put the spring behind the diff,that way it doesn't stick up.This way too you can lengthen the frame and give the body some real support out back.
    You should do a proper introduction on here before askin to many ?s.........Shiny

    Crossspring. you will get alot more interest in your problems if you follow the peer pressing rules here.
