Final got my truck back from the body shop, and now I have my sights on start to get a frame going. I was going to make it out of 2 X 4 steel tubing with .125 wall thickness. Because I have never built a frame like this before I was wondering how much to "Z" it in the front and back. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful

The actual measurement is of no concern. You need to set the front and rear axles, engine, cab where they need to be or where you like them and measure. If you are running the front suicide, stopping the frame behind the axle your job is easier. The rear leave at least 3" between the frame and axle tube. How far down to Z depends on how low, chanel or not.

There are severall threads on here concerning this or have pics and info related, it will take some searching but they are out there.
