Technical Zip (Vintage Air) Pump Riser Info Request

    I see that. Disregard that and the big picture shows that pump pulley needs shimming regardless.

    Addressing riser flanges (if need be) so things will become parallel is nothing that bothers me to fix. Besides, it’ll be non returnable once I hack off all those extra mounting points.

    Just a thought maybe Zip made shot on purpose for worst scenario , so can be shimmed , add spacer to align?
    My self I have always need to space out top pulley ..
    Me I started to saw mounts off decided not to and I end up using the AC mount as the adjustment arm for the alternator.

    Received the riser this past weekend. Pump pulley has zero contact (heavy 1/16” gap) with the pump. Got room for day’s to wiggle engine into final resting place once I get the actual fan that will be run. Current spacing is 2” between the fan and radiator pictured. IMG_5332.jpeg
    Now that it all checks out, let’s cut all that accessory **** away.
