My friend, the late Burke Le Sage in the Baby Whale. The Whale ran an M/T blown Tempest, and Burke earned his red hat at 213 in it. Burke told me it was the most ill handling car he ever drove. The only way he could get it down the course was in a 4 wheel drift. Flying through the 5 mile in a 4 wheel drift! The "world's tallest midget" had ice water in his veins!

My friend, the late Burke Le Sage in the Baby Whale. The Whale ran an M/T blown Tempest, and Burke earned his red hat at 213 in it. Burke told me it was the most ill handling car he ever drove. Ak Miller, and "Big" Stan Johnson. Ak built the 64 /12 Mustang with a balls out 221" Ford motor. Stan, sitting on the hood, drove it to an F production record of 143 mph in '65.
