Built a pair of small nerfs to protect the front sheetmetal when parrking around curbs and curb stops. Used 1/2" aluminum plate. Probably will polish them up.

Hard to see the wheels clearly when on the Nash, so here's how they look off of the car. Fronts are 17" and backs are 20" Had to go with the rubber band tires to get the darn things on the spindles/Axles. Fat rubber would have require suspension removal to change the tires. One of the issues having a really low car with covered wheel wells.

Another view of the mocked up AC and alternator mounts. Gives a view of the Speedway Motors Tru-Ram headders. These are nice units, I'd recommend them, good clearance all around.

Here's how I mocked up the the AC and alternator mounts. Started with carboard templates, transferred them to 1/2 high density particle board (had some laying around) and finally transferred to the aluminum plate.

Looked at buying AC and alternator mounts but I didn't like the look or cost of the ones for LT1's, so I built my own from 1/2" aluminum plate. Will add some milled accents when I pull the motor for painting.

Front view of the alternator mounts. Used a Skill saw to cut out the mounts, a router to round the edges and a die grinder to smooth it using Scotchbrite pads. Turned out nice!
