I am a Mechanical Engineer who is sort of retired. I have been messing with old Fords and Hot Rods for more then fifty years. Have still have my own shop and do almost all of my own work. I do not have show cars, I have cars that can be driven and enjoyed. I overhauled my first engine at the age of 14 and had repaired Model A Fords to pay my way thru College. I am involved in Vintage road Racing and currently have two Vintage road Race Cars. I enjoy activities that get the cars out and driven. I try to help the Younger Guys with their projects as us old farts are not going to be around for ever and the Younger Guys are the ones that are going to keep the Hobby going.
