Grew up in Southern California and was interested in cars enough as a kid that I was in the auto tech prep academy at my high school. During my second semester of senior year, I was able to choose an auto shop in town to volunteer 4 hours of my week at to take the time I would have been in 6th period. I chose a bad ass muffler shop that always had nice cars and race cars on the lifts. Carlsbad Raceway was right over the hill. After that, the muffler shop asked me to come work for them on Sat, then full time, and that started my career in custom exhausts and kick started my welding and fabrication career. Over the years I worked on thousands of nice cars and trucks. The rest is history.
