I've been obsessed by cars since I was a kid growing up in the 80's. I remember and still own many of my toy cars. I also grew up in a neighborhood where having a classic car in your driveway way the norm. The early V8 Fords stood out the most with their beautiful curves. Plus I was fascinated with the old hot rod stories. I even have my first Hot Rod magazine from 1986 which had ZZ Topps "Cadzilla" featured in it.

I also love the Tucker, Cord, Lincoln, Packard, 40's Mopars (the 42 Desoto being my unicorn), and the list goes on.

My 1947 Ford is named "Neuie". I named a neighbor's 46 Ford sedan that when I was 5 years old and that name stuck with every 46-48 Ford I saw.

I have two daughters who are motor heads like their dad. I have them turning wrenches at an early age. My oldest (12) likes the classics, but loves Lamborghini. My youngest fell in love with the 57 Chevy when she was 4/5 years old. Now 8 she reminds me often that we need to add one to the family.
