Hello
I have been in to old car as long as I can remember. I always brought UK Hotrod magazines at school. The one car that got me hook was on the cover of the first Street machine magazine was a high riding yellow Mk2 Consul called Henrys High rise, 427 ci Blown Chevy powered which has just been restored and I finely saw last year. Which still look great. The fist old car I remember working in was a 1960 mk2 Consul stock at that time though, I was 14. I started rodding my fist car when I was 17 a Ford Mk2 Cortina. I have always big sort spot for the English Ford especially the Consul Zephyr Zodiac of the 50’s and 60’s and love them modified or rodded as well as most other old cars before 1970. Going to the Chelsea Cruse and other shows and Drag meets in the late 80’s early 90’s made a big impression on me to. And finely go my Dream car at the time in 1992 a 1954 Mk1 Zephyr six with a 289ci Ford V8. Which I still have. I also love anything Gasser English street racer, English and American hotrods, ratty, kustom or nostalgic hotrod.. And in 2001 I brought something I would never thought I would very have the chance of a Steel 1940 Willys Coupe with a flipping Hemi in it!!!
