I have always been around cars my whole life. My father worked in the automotive industry (dealerships) for the early part of my life, which is how I got exposed to the disease.
I really appreciate all of the hard work that goes into old customs and hot rods. I like how everyone has the ability to express themselves with what they drive.
I know my limitations, so I don't try to jump into full restorations, but would like to get something old, loud and charming in the next year so I have something to tinker with while spending time with my young boys.
