At 17 started driving stock cars on the dirt tracks of the mid west. Was hot rodder and member of Kleen Klunkers Car Club, Springfield, Mo. Was member of NHRA and other clubs.
Got into antique cars in about 1959. Have restored several cars and still own 6 Historic vehicles. Some I have owned for almost 50 years.
Always wanted and have been collecting pieces for a 1932 Hi-boy, Flathead powered roadster. Like the one I wanted in 1955. Have now started cleaning and painting chassis parts and power train. It will take me a long time to complete this car. At 77 years old I can only do 2 to 3 hours in my shop before I wear out. BillInteract
